Sighs from the Depths is embedded with symbols of witchcraft. The font was created for the film credits, using a handcrafted aesthetic in every detail. Painted by hand with white acrylic on black card stock, I created the final script.

Runes are an alphabet unfamiliar to the common individual. When writing with symbols unfamiliar to us, we are forced to think about the meaning of what is being written. Runes are meant to invoke feelings that we don't understand. Theban script is a writing system used by wiccans to conceal their rituals.

The final poster for my film was realized in digital media by graphic artist Dylan Lorriman. Dylan edited a traditional acrylic painting I had done, then scanned and rendered it digitally.
